The Opportunity
You'll help us build a cutting-edge integrated customer service agent — one that handles real customer queries externally and streamlines operations internally. You'll be writing production code, shipping AI agents on LangGraph, and seeing your work used by real customers and teammates.
You'll work directly with our Tech Lead and engineering team, using tools like Claude Code, LangGraph, and our GCP-native stack to build, test, and iterate on agentic workflows that make a measurable difference to how we serve our customers.
