1. Design, develop, and deploy AI / Generative AI solutions on AWS
2. Build GenAI-powered applications using AWS Bedrock, Amazon Lex, Lambda, and API Gateway
3. Develop backend services for AI workflows using Python
4. Integrate AI solutions with ITSM tools, enterprise applications, and data sources
5. Implement prompt engineering, intent classification, summarization, and RAG patterns
6. Deploy AI solutions using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
7. Adhere to security, governance, data masking, and compliance requirements

Good-to-Have

1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
