We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation, leveraging technologies such as generative design, predictive maintenance, and digital twins to optimize our operations and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy robust machine learning models and deep learning architectures to solve complex business problems.
- Develop and maintain scalable model training pipelines, moving beyond proof-of-concept to production-ready systems.
- Implement and manage MLOps practices, including CI/CD for machine learning, model versioning, and continuous monitoring of model performance.
- Take ownership of production-scale AI systems, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and security.
- Work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI) to create innovative solutions.
- Apply generative design principles and develop predictive maintenance solutions for our industrial applications.
- Integrate AI solutions with Internet of Things (IoT) devices and Common Data Environments.
- Develop and utilize Digital Twin technologies to simulate and optimize physical systems.
- Define and apply rigorous model evaluation techniques and metrics to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, to deliver impactful AI projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- High proficiency in Python/ PyTorch/ TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring tools.
- Practical, hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI applications.
- xperience with Common Data Environment, IoT integration, and Digital Twin technologies.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with generative design and predictive maintenance solutions.
- Deep understanding of model evaluation techniques and detailed metrics.
- Proven track record of ownership and management of production-scale AI systems, with experience in model training pipelines beyond a single applied case.
