From boosting operational efficiency to enhancing investment strategies, we leverage AI to redefine how we operate. Our mandate is ambitious: achieve 20% operational efficiency gains, enhance long-term returns, and strengthen risk management through AI innovation. Now, we are expanding our team and looking for an AI & ML Engineer who is eager to push technological boundaries and drive meaningful change.

What you will do

• Design robust, maintainable, and scalable code architectures for AI solutions
• Develop efficient APIs and integrations for LLM services
• Work closely with business units to identify and develop AI use cases
• Guide and support colleagues in the effective use of AI tools
• Develop and implement production-grade LLM applications using Python
• Design and refine prompts and Model Context Protocol (MCPs)
• Build secure and scalable AI solutions on the AWS platform with technologies like Crew.AI and Vals.AI

What you need

• Strong Python development skills with experience in: Building production-level applications API development and integration Code optimization and performance tuning Software design patterns and best practices
• Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and LLM integration
• Practical experience with LLMs (such as Claude Sonnet) and prompt engineering
• Experience with AWS services
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Curious and proactive, always exploring new advancements in AI and LLMs
