Key Responsibilities

. Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications to support business operations

. Build AI-driven automation tools for:

. Email handling and response generation

. CRM and customer management workflows

. Document and quotation generation

. Assist in implementing knowledge retrieval and RAG-based systems

. Develop and maintain backend services and APIs (Python preferred)

. Design and implement structured AI outputs, including classification, summarisation and information extraction

. Support testing, evaluation and optimisation of AI systems

. Work closely with internal teams to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

. Proficiency in Python programming

. Familiarity with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models)

. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g. embeddings, retrieval, or similar techniques)

. Exposure to backend development or API development is an advantage

. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

. Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools

. Experience building automation or workflow-based systems

. Background in competitive programming (e.g. ACM/ICPC, NOI, Codeforces, etc.)

. Experience or interest in applying AI to real-world business workflows (B2B, trade, manufacturing)

. Experience in negotiation, customer communication, or deal-related workflows
