AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: Design and implement AI models for generative design, predictive analytics, and environmental simulations. Develop algorithms to improve efficiency, cost analysis, and sustainability outcomes.

• Data Engineering & Integration: Gather, clean, and process large datasets from sources such as data lakes, IoT devices, and common data environments, ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units and technology teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows. Provide technical support and training to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Innovation & Research: Explore and apply emerging technologies such as Generative AI, agentic AI, and reinforcement learning. Support initiatives in workflow automation and process optimisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience with data environments, IoT integration, and digital twin technologies

• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques

• Familiarity with workflow automation and sustainability concepts
