Blackbox Research is one of Asia's leading independent research and strategic insights consultancies. We're looking for a curious, ambitious and AI-fluent AI Engineer to join our Innovations& New Solutions Team.

This is an opportunity to work on real AI projects from day one-designing smarter workflows, testing emerging AI tools, and helping develop new solutions that improve how we work and what we deliver to clients across Asia.

What You'll Do

• Build and improve AI-enabled workflows across the business.
• Explore and test the latest AI tools and technologies.
• Develop practical solutions that increase productivity and innovation.
• Work with consultants and researchers to solve real business challenges.
• Help shape new AI-enabled products and services.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• A fresh graduate or has 1-2 years work experience.
• AI fluent, curious and excited by new technology.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable experimenting, solving problems and taking initiative.
• A strong collaborator who enjoys working in a supportive, high-performing team.
• Excited by the opportunities that come with working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business.
• Experience with AI platforms, prompt engineering, automation tools, Python, APIs or low-code/no-code platforms is a plus-but attitude, curiosity and initiative matter even more.
