Job Summary
Drive developer productivity and cultural adoption of GitHub Copilot across APAC by proving value through targeted POCs, hands on enablement, and moving validated use cases into production.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with SMEs to design and build Copilot powered POCs configure AI agents in Copilot.
- Hands on coding to create reference implementations (not research applied delivery).
- Run workshops, demos, and 1:1 coaching.
- Define guardrails: testing patterns, code review expectations for AI assisted code, governance.
- Instrument and measure productivity & quality publish evidence.
- Prepare production readiness (pipelines, test automation, change control) and handoffs.
Key Qualifications
- 3-4 years software engineering (non AI) + 1-2 years GenAI in dev workflows (GitHub Copilot or close equivalents).
- Proven ability to stand up POCs and move them to production in real teams.
- Strong enablement ability: teach, influence, and shift mindsets.
- Comfort working independently with SMEs self starter.
