AI & Digital Lead - Real Estate Development Firm

A leading real estate development organisation in Singapore is hiring an AI and Digital Tech Lead to shape its AI and data platform strategy. As part of a lean, high-impact team, this role will define how data is brought together, architect scalable solutions, and lead the delivery of AI initiatives from the ground up.

Responsibilities
You will set the overall technical direction for AI and digital initiatives, including defining platform architecture and how data is consolidated and made usable across the organisation. This role will lead end-to-end delivery of AI programmes, from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring solutions are robust and aligned with enterprise standards. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions, while guiding tool and platform selection. Acting as the key technical point of contact, you will also coordinate integrations, oversee implementation, and ensure effective use of data and AI capabilities across projects.

Requirements
You have a strong background in technology, with experience operating in a lead or architectural capacity and owning end-to-end solution design. You bring hands-on experience delivering AI or data programmes from inception, including defining platforms, managing data architecture, and driving implementation. Familiarity with cloud technologies, data platforms and AI tools is important. You are comfortable bridging business and technology, with the ability to articulate technical strategy clearly and manage programmes effectively.
