Key Requirements
Strong foundation in Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), and API integrations.
Hands-on experience with Vibe Coding methodologies and AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Google Antigravity, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot).
Demonstrated experience in automating repetitive tasks and showcasing measurable efficiencies (e.g., hours saved, processes streamlined).
Ability to quickly learn new AI technologies and identify ways to implement them to optimize marketing workflows.
Ability to manage time effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional marketing and tech team.
Demonstrated interest in AI technology and its practical application in digital marketing and workflow automation.
Technical aptitude & logical reasoning, particularly in debugging and guiding AI-generated outputs.
Foundational programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages to troubleshoot and refine AI-generated code (Good to have).
Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n (Good to have).
Roles & Responsibilities
Build rapid prototypes and internal tools using AI coding agents by analyzing the marketing team's workflow requirements.
Deploy and test AI-generated scripts to automate marketing operations, data extraction, and campaign reporting.
Highlight faults, debug, and course-correct logic in AI-generated code and integrations.
Create, read, understand, and implement API documentation from various marketing platforms (e.g., CRMs, ad networks, email platforms).
Create technical specifications and logic plans before prompting AI agents.
Develop standard methods and best practices for interacting with LLMs and coding agents within the team.
Continuously discover and pro-actively implement new AI automation solutions and agents to remain prepared for the future.
Build and maintain a library of highly effective, reusable prompts and AI workflows for future use.
