AI Delivery Manager, Regional Group IT APAC
Responsibilities
- Lead and govern AI delivery across APAC markets from idea to measurable impact.
- Shape the regional AI portfolio and delivery backlog, deciding where we place our biggest bets.
- Drive AI adoption and innovation, turning GenAI and Agentic AI from hype into hard business value.
- Consult and advise internal teams on the right AI solutions, technologies, architectures, and implementation approaches.
- Orchestrate delivery through internal and offshore development teams.
- Partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, and technology partners to make it happen.
- Champion responsible AI, compliance, and governance because trust scales AI.
- Engage stakeholders through training, workshops, and executive-level presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years in AI/ML delivery, AI solution implementation, digital transformation, or technology leadership.
- Strong command of GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and modern AI platforms.
- A proven track record delivering complex technology programs across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with distributed and offshore delivery teams.
- Outstanding communication, consulting, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
