Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI / Machine Learning Specialist to support the development, implementation, and governance of artificial intelligence solutions for ongoing AI-driven projects. The role involves designing AI models, managing machine learning infrastructure, ensuring AI governance compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced analytics and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to support business and project objectives.
- Manage and maintain AI platforms, machine learning infrastructure, and data pipelines.
- Apply advanced analytics, deep learning, and machine learning techniques to extract insights and build intelligent solutions.
- Ensure adherence to AI governance frameworks, AI ethics standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and project stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
- Lead and mentor technical team members involved in AI and data analytics initiatives.
- Monitor performance of deployed AI models and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards, especially in government or regulated environments.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations related to AI solutions and project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Advanced Analytics.
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, AI ethics principles, and cybersecurity practices.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in AI development, data analytics, or related technical roles with significant AI involvement.
- Proven experience managing AI platforms, machine learning infrastructure, and AI project delivery.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams working on AI and advanced analytics projects.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or similar AI/ML tools.
