Job Title: AI Data Associates (Taiwanese, Thai, Indonesian)

Work Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (December 2025 - March 2026)

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as AI Data Associates. This role involves providing end-to-end content review and quality assurance services. The individual will be responsible for reviewing and annotating a wide range of content (e.g., text, images, videos) based on predefined guidelines. Additional responsibilities include grading assignments, ensuring consistency and fairness, and performing quality checks to maintain high standards. The role may also involve contributing to the development and refinement of guidelines, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Annotate content based on given standards and guidelines.

Grade assignments, projects, or assessments.

Provide relevant data and prompt responses based on content.

Provide feedback when discrepancies arise.

Conduct research on various topics using reliable internet sources.

Conduct data collections based on client requirements.

Maintain detailed records for tracking and reporting.

Collaborate to refine grading rubrics and annotation criteria.

Provide timely and accurate evaluation.

Gather information or data from various sources.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication in any of the language stated: Taiwanese, Thai, Indonesian
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
• Familiarity with online research methods and reliable information sources
• Prior experience in content moderation, annotation, or data evaluation is a plus
