AI Creative Producer (App Marketing)

Looking for an exceptional AI Creative Producer (App Marketing) in Singapore.

Role Description

You'll own the creative engine for a fast-growing consumer app: ad creatives for Meta, TikTok and Google, organic posts for social media, assets for app stores, and creator videos. You'll listen to users, produce creatives using AI, and collaborate with creators.

We don't need one beautiful creative, we need dozens a week. That only works if you're genuinely AI-first in how you produce. We are looking for someone who can design an AI-first production workflow spanning research, ideation, scripting, asset generation, editing, versioning and delivery, while applying judgment at every important step.

• You'll be the 5th Okudu member and first creative hire, directly working with Reha Hoshanli (founder), Samson Ong (engineering), Lena Zhang (marketing) and Rini Shafeqah (product design).

• Have 2-4 years of experience and a portfolio that speaks louder than your CV. 
• Have exceptional creative taste and can say why one cut beats another.
• Have built your own AI production pipeline that gets you from brief to finished assets in hours.
• Think user-first and craft messages accordingly.
• Love creative, bold campaigns (think Duolingo).
• Analyze which hooks and formats won, and iterate. 
• Obsess over TikTok/IG trends.
• Thrive in lean, high-impact environments where ownership matters.
• Are smart, curious, kind.
