Role Description
This is a contract role for an AI Consultant at Reshuffle.ai. The AI Consultant will be responsible for helping clients identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work with organizations at various stages of AI maturity, conducting assessments, developing strategies, designing solutions, and guiding implementation efforts. As part of our consultant network, you'll have the flexibility to leverage your expertise while being supported by our established business infrastructure, marketing, and administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client AI readiness and identify high-impact opportunities
- Develop comprehensive AI strategies and implementation roadmaps
- Design practical AI solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Guide clients through technology selection and vendor evaluation
- Support implementation efforts to ensure successful adoption
- Help clients navigate government grant application processes
- Create compelling proposals and client-facing deliverables
- Contribute to the company's knowledge base and methodology development
- Maintain deep expertise in AI technologies and applications
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields
- Proven track record of successful AI implementation projects
- Strong understanding of the AI technology landscape and implementation challenges
- Experience translating technical capabilities into business value
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Client-facing consulting experience preferred
- Domain expertise in one or more industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, manufacturing)
- Technical proficiency in at least one AI domain (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics)
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in computer science, data science, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Singapore's business environment and AI initiatives a plus
