.Responsibilitie
sClient Engagement & Advisor
- yEngage with clients to understand business challenges and translate these into technology-enabled solution
- sAdvise stakeholders on best practices, methodologies, and innovative AI-driven approache
- sFacilitate workshops to define business requirements, use cases, and transformation roadmap
- sCommunicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manne
rAI & Technology Deliver
- yHands-on exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Graph RAG, with the ability to design intelligent, data-driven solutions and knowledge retrieval systems
- .Proficient in Data Science and AI/ML, enabling development of predictive models, advanced analytics, and automation use cases
- .Experience in end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, including use case identification, data preparation, model development, deployment, and ongoing support
- .Ability to leverage AI for process optimization, customer behavior analysis, intelligent reporting, and enhanced user experiences (e.g., workflow automation, personalization)
- .Exposure to Agentic AI and automation frameworks, contributing to innovative consulting solutions and the design of self-service, task-oriented intelligent system
sProject & Program Managemen
- tPlan, manage, and execute projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologie
- sDefine scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metric
- sTrack progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencie
- sAct as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignmen
- tDrive end-to-end delivery across transformation programs, ensuring quality and timely executio
nTransformation & Delivery Excellenc
- eSupport end-to-end transformation initiatives including process redesign, system integration, and data flow optimizatio
- nEnsure development and maintenance of key project assets (e.g., requirements traceability, process maps, data models

.Required Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field
- .12+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, cloud transformation, or software asset management
- .Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) or AI/Cloud are advantageou
