AI Chatbot Engineer

Position Summary:

We are seeking an AWS LLM based AI Chatbot Engineerto design and implement an AI-powered chatbot application leveraging AWS cloud services and large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS AI/ML services, NLP, and chatbot development, with a strong focus on scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

. Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and deploy AI chatbot applications using AWS cloud services and LLMs.

. Leverage AWS AI/ML Services: Utilize AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Lex, and Rekognition to enhance chatbot intelligence.

. LLM Implementation: Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy large language models for chatbot use cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

. Data Pipeline and Storage: Implement data pipelines using AWS Glue, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS for chatbot training and inference.

. Scalability & Security: Ensure the chatbot is scalable, secure, and compliant with AWS best practices.

. API Integrations: Connect the chatbot with external APIs, enterprise applications, and backend services.

. Monitoring & Optimization: Use AWS CloudWatch, X-Ray, and logging tools to track performance, improve response accuracy, and optimize cost efficiency.

. Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, cloud engineers, and business teams to refine chatbot functionality.

. Stay Updated: Keep up with AI/ML advancements, AWS innovations, and LLM optimization techniques.

Preferred Skills:

. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

. Experience: 1+ years in AI chatbot development, LLMs, and AWS cloud architecture.

. Technical Skills:

o Strong knowledge of AWS services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, etc.).

o Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and AI/ML model training and deployment.

o Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.

o Experience with serverless architectures and API integrations.

o Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.

. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

. AWS Certification, Machine Learning Specialty, or related certifications.

. Experience with chatbot frameworks
