Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI and business transformation initiatives across the organisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation, and digital technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and define transformation roadmaps.
- Drive process optimisation using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Evaluate and implement AI use cases, including Generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent decision support.
- Manage end-to-end transformation projects from strategy and business case through implementation and adoption.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure transformation success.
- Collaborate with technology, product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in AI transformation, digital transformation, business process improvement, or management consulting.
- Experience delivering AI, automation, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, RPA, or workflow automation platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, or payments is highly preferred.
