Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Business Insights & Data Architect to transform AI outputs and analytical results into clear, actionable business insights for Mobility Aftermarket (MA). You will work closely with Bosch AI/analytics teams and MA business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions lead to better decisions, measurable impact, and continuous improvement. This role focuses on interpreting AI results to bring business value and insight.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Interpret outputs from AI/ML models and analytics solutions.
  • Translate complex data and AI results into business-relevant insights.
  • Identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities from AI solutions.
  • Support decision-making with fact-based insights and recommendations.
  • Define and monitor business KPIs for AI solutions.
  • Measure impact (e.g., revenue uplift, cost reduction, efficiency gains).
  • Validate whether AI outcomes meet original business objectives.
  • Provide feedback loops to improve AI models and use cases.
  • Act as interface between MA business teams and Bosch AI/data experts.
  • Clarify business questions and analytical needs.
  • Ensure AI outputs are understandable and usable by business users.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
  • Communicate insights through compelling data storytelling.
  • Support management reviews and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, or similar.
  • 5-10 years experience in business analytics, advanced analytics, or data insight roles.
  • Experience working with AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Proven experience translating analytical results into business decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and analytics techniques.
  • Strong understanding of data interpretation and validation.
  • Hands-on experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and workflow tool (e.g, KNIME).
  • Strong business acumen and Process know-how.
  • Curious and insight-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Proactive and impact-oriented.
