AI Business Consultant / AI Business Analyst (Enterprise AI Services)

We are looking for an experienced AI Business Consultant / AI Business Analyst to join our growing AI consulting and transformation team in Singapore. This role is ideal for a business-oriented consultant with strong business development, enterprise consulting, and service delivery experience who can bridge business strategy with AI-enabled transformation.

You will work closely with enterprise customers across industries to identify, shape, and deliver impactful AI initiatives. The role combines business consulting, stakeholder engagement, AI opportunity discovery, and pre-sales leadership to help customers accelerate their AI adoption journey.

This position requires a strong understanding of enterprise transformation, consulting methodologies, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Discovery & Opportunity Framing

· Lead AI discovery engagements and facilitate executive-level workshops to identify high-value business transformation opportunities.

· Conduct end-to-end business process analysis to uncover opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI-driven augmentation.

· Identify, structure, and prioritize AI use cases aligned with customer strategic business priorities.

· Develop prioritization frameworks balancing business impact, technical feasibility, implementation complexity, and organizational readiness.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, solution architects, data specialists, and customer stakeholders.

Business Case Development

· Develop comprehensive business cases, including ROI models, financial impact analysis, and value realization frameworks.

· Quantify business outcomes across operational efficiency, productivity improvement, revenue growth, customer experience, and risk mitigation.

· Define enterprise AI roadmaps aligned with broader digital transformation and innovation strategies.

· Create phased implementation plans that deliver incremental business value while enabling long-term scalability.

· Support customers in defining AI governance, adoption models, and transformation KPIs.

Stakeholder Alignment & Change Management

· Engage and align senior business and IT stakeholders to drive a unified vision for enterprise AI adoption.

· Influence and define target operating models, governance structures, and AI-enabled business processes.

· Lead organizational change management initiatives to drive adoption and sustainable business outcomes.

· Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and executive leadership.

· Build trusted advisor relationships with customer leadership teams.

Pre-Sales & Business Development

· Lead pre-sales consulting engagements from a business transformation perspective.

· Shape AI solution positioning, engagement strategies, and customer value propositions.

· Develop and deliver compelling executive presentations and workshops for C-level stakeholders.

· Articulate clear business value narratives and competitive differentiation for AI initiatives.

· Contribute to proposal development, RFP responses, and transformation strategy documentation.

· Partner with sales and technical teams to support pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

Requirements

Experience & Background

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

· 5–10 years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, enterprise services, or technology consulting.

· Proven experience in business development, pre-sales, or customer engagement roles within consulting or managed services environments.

· Experience leading enterprise transformation or AI/data-driven initiatives.

· Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation trends.

· Experience working with enterprise customers across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, government, manufacturing, retail, or healthcare is advantageous.

· Consulting background from SI, consulting firms, telecom service providers, or digital transformation organizations preferred.

· Certifications in AI, cloud, project management, or consulting methodologies are a plus.
