AI Business Analyst - 12 months

The Company

We're looking for a Business Analyst focused on AI and process efficiency, someone who identifies where operations can be improved and develops AI-driven solutions to make that happen. This role suits someone who takes ownership, seeing an initiative through from first conversation to solution in use. This is a 12 months contract.

The Role

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify where automation or AI can add real value.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solution designs, including AI agents, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
• Take ownership of initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and stakeholder workshops through solution design, testing, and rollout.
• Evaluate and pilot automation and AI tools (RPA, AI agents, LLM-based tools) against specific business needs.
• Build dashboards and reports that turn operational data into insights leadership can act on.
• Support adoption through training and change management as new tools and processes are introduced.
• Document current and future-state processes, and track the impact of changes, time saved, errors reduced, efficiency gained.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors as needed, while keeping a business-first perspective throughout.

Your Profile

• 5-8 years experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation.
• A track record of owning problems through to resolution, not just documenting requirements.
• Hands-on exposure to automation and AI tools (RPA, workflow platforms, AI agents/LLM tools).
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations.
• A genuinely curious, analytical mindset.
