AI Architect (On-Premises Agentic Stack)
As the AI Architect, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a full-stack, on-premises AI agentic system. This is a leadership role which demands technical expertise in AI domains and possesses a proven track record as an architect who have designed enterprise-wide applications and infrastructure.
Reporting directly to the Chief Data Officer (CDO), you will translate complex enterprise requirements into physical architectural blueprints.
In This Role, You Will
- Architectural Leadership: Own the technical vision, end-to-end design, and deployment of our high-performance, full-stack, on-premises AI infrastructure.
- Agentic Tech Stack Design: Design and maintain autonomous multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks.
- CDO Strategic Alignment: Partner directly with the CDO to convert abstract business strategies into concrete, actionable implementation plans and technical milestones.
- Governance & Security Controls: Work with risk, compliance, and security teams to build guardrails and control for on- premises AI.
- Compute Optimization: Work on bare-metal deployments, high-performance compute clusters (GPUs), specialized networking, and containerized orchestration workflows.
- Build new capabilities: Keep tabs on new trends and capabilities to incorporate into the tech stack to support users.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science
- Experience & Seniority: 8+ years of enterprise systems architecture experience, with a heavy emphasis on leading engineering teams and owning large-scale infrastructure projects.
- AI Stack Mastery: Proven, hands-on experience designing, implementing, and scaling end-to-end AI tech stacks.
- Technical Stack Expertise: Proficiency with open-source LLMs, local agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), Docker, Kubernetes, and local MLOps toolchains.
- Good communicator: Open minded and ability to translate business requirements to tech architecture.
- Must hold at least one professional, expert-level architecture certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect # Professional, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF)
