AI & Analytics Product Manager (Senior)

Client is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager in data analytics to drive product strategy, AI-enabled solutions, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by leveraging business insights, customer requirements, and market intelligence.

• Own product performance, including business impact metrics, roadmap execution, and budget management.

• Partner with business, engineering, data, and AI teams to design, develop, and deliver new products and enhancements.

• Conduct user, stakeholder, and process analysis to uncover opportunities for product innovation and growth.

• Lead product and project teams to ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, quality standards, governance requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

• Prioritize product initiatives and feature enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and resource optimization.

• Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to continuously refine and improve product offerings.

• Drive change management initiatives to support effective adoption of new processes and solutions.

• Develop and execute user engagement, training, and adoption strategies to maximize business value realization.

• Manage software, hardware, and professional services contracts, including budget oversight and vendor management.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, data analytics tools, and industry best practices, incorporating relevant innovations into product and data development initiatives where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Agile certification will be advantageous.

• At least 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably within data-driven or product-focused environments.

• Proven product management experience, including product strategy development, roadmap planning, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.

• Good understanding of one or more functional domains, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales, E-commerce, Freight Forwarding, Express Delivery, Logistics Operations, or Service Operations.

• Strong research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and product management tools. Exposure to analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to source, structure, and interpret data, design data models and workflows, and validate business assumptions through data-driven insights.

• Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of design principles and user-centric product development.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues proactively, evaluating alternatives, and driving effective solutions in a collaborative environment.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate the commercial impact of data, technology, and product decisions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and C-suite leaders.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams, while managing diverse stakeholder expectations
