• Hiring AI & Analytics Engineers
• Strong hands-on coding expertise (this is the most critical requirement) 
• Ability to write clean, efficient, production-grade code with a focus on scalability and performance 
• Ability to work on and build models end-to-end 
• Ability to design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and AI models in production environments 
• Experience across GenAI and agentic frameworks
• Hands-on experience working with Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) and their practical applications
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar) and building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents
• Exposure to working with multiple AI language models
• Experience working with multiple large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models like LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
