About the Role
We are seeking a curious and passionate AI Algorithm Engineer to help build the next generation of AI Native product experiences.
You will work closely with real-world product scenarios, deeply integrating large language models and multimodal AI technologies into user interactions, driving engineering excellence and continuous evolution of core AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for adapting, fine-tuning, and accelerating mainstream large models in intelligent operation scenarios, focusing on core algorithm development for AI Agents to understand operations and replicate processes
- Explore the practical application of multimodal AI and model optimization technologies in cross-terminal automation and natural language instruction execution
- Participate in the development of core systems for intelligent operation spaces, optimizing the experience and efficiency of AI-human interaction
- Build AI evaluation systems and benchmark frameworks for intelligent operation scenarios to ensure model reliability in real office environments
- Based on real user operation data, handle AI data construction, automated processing, and quality optimization to support model iteration
- Independently or primarily lead full-cycle algorithm projects, tackling technical bottlenecks such as low latency and high fidelity, supporting collaboration across hundreds of millions of devices.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Outstanding fresh graduates and early-career professionals with strong background alignment are welcome
- Solid Python programming skills, able to independently develop and optimize AI tasks. Preference for candidates with full algorithm project implementation experience
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow, with research or project experience in NLP, CV, multimodal AI, or model optimization, particularly related to intelligent operations and large-model applications
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and LLMs, proficient in LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning, model quantization, and optimization technologies
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and mathematics familiar with Linux, Docker, and CUDA, capable of handling computing resource scheduling and large-scale device connections
- Preference for candidates with AI top conference publications, open-source contributions, competition awards, or experience in intelligent office, remote operations, and AI Agent projects
- Long-term thinker with a pursuit of technical excellence, able to independently solve problems, and deeply engage in cross-field areas of remote connection, computing resource scheduling, and AI Agents.

- Fluent Mandarin communication skills for daily technical discussions and teamwork with internal Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in China
