We are seeking a mid‑level AI Agent Factory Solutions Architect to design and implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role focuses on building custom copilots that integrate with enterprise knowledge sources, orchestrate multi‑step agent workflows, connect with Azure AI Search, and follow strong Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices to enable scalable, secure deployments.

The ideal candidate will combine hands‑on Copilot Studio development skills with strong governance, orchestration, and collaboration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot Studio Development

  • Integrate pre‑built and custom connectors with enterprise systems such as Dynamics, SAP, and ServiceNow
  • Enable multichannel deployment of copilots

Agentic Orchestration

  • Apply orchestration patterns including task decomposition, multi‑step execution, fallback strategies, and error handling
  • Design intelligent agent flows for complex enterprise use cases

ALM & Governance

  • Package copilots and Power Automate flows into Power Platform Solutions for development, testing, and production environments
  • Implement CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, or GitHub
  • Manage environment variables, connection references, and Dataverse dependencies

Observability, Security & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with data residency, DLP policies, and secure API authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Support governance and compliance standards across environments
  • Implement observability and monitoring practices aligned with enterprise standards

Required Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Copilot Studio: authoring topics, tools, connectors, and multichannel deployments
  • Power Automate: flow design, HTTP actions, custom connectors, throttling and timeout handling
  • Azure AI Search: hybrid and vector retrieval, enrichment, re‑ranking, and integration with copilots
  • ALM & CI/CD: Power Platform Solutions (managed/unmanaged), deployment pipelines
  • Security & Governance: Entra ID authentication, environment variables, DLP policies

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience integrating Azure AI Search for enterprise RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) scenarios
  • Designing hybrid and vector‑based retrieval pipelines with semantic indexing
  • Implementing secure knowledge grounding for copilots
  • Monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
  • Exposure to Responsible AI principles and enterprise governance frameworks

Preferred Experience

  • Working with Dataverse and Power Platform ALM and governance models
  • Implementing observability using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
  • Familiarity with Agent Factory or similar agent operationalization frameworks
  • Experience operating within regulated or enterprise compliance environments

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem‑solving and debugging capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including CSAs, architects, and governance leads
  • Clear and confident communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot Studio are preferred
