AI Agent Engineer

I'm currently working with a fast-growing financial technology startup, supported by a leading multinational corporation (MNC). We're looking for passionate engineers to help build the next generation of intelligent AI Agent systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of large language models, autonomous agents, and real-world financial use cases.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and develop advanced AI Agent systems covering task planning, reasoning, decision-making, and execution

• Build multi-turn conversational systems with robust state management and long-term memory capabilities

• Architect scalable agent frameworks that support multiple tools and coordinated skill execution

• Improve agent intelligence through planning, reflection, tool usage, and dynamic task orchestration

• Explore multi-agent collaboration models, communication protocols, and role-based coordination

• Apply LLM techniques such as Prompt Engineering, Chain-of-Thought (CoT), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to real-world scenarios

• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to bring AI Agents into production use cases (e.g. customer service, workflow automation, analytics assistants)

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline

• 1+ year of experience in Machine Learning or LLM-related work (exceptional fresh graduates are also welcome)

• Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

• AI Agent architecture or system design
• Multi-turn dialogue systems or context/state management
• Tool / function calling integration
• Multi-agent systems or workflow orchestration

• Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts
