Arista Farming Pte Ltd is a Singapore FoodAgency (SFA)-licensed farm established in support of Singapore's nationalstrategy to strengthen local food resilience and safeguard food security. Thecompany produces leafy green vegetables under regulated and semi-controlled farming conditions.
As an SFA-licensed farm, our operationsmust comply with regulatory requirements relating to food safety, traceability, hygiene standards, and production consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily farm production of leafy green vegetables in the green house
- Ensure full compliance with SFA food safety, hygiene, and traceability requirements
- Supervise planting, harvesting, pest management, irrigation, and post-harvest handling
- Implement and maintain farm Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor crop health and production output to ensure consistency and quality standards
- Train and supervise farm workers to ensure operational discipline and efficiency
- Maintain proper production records and regulatory documentation
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions when required
- Adhere to strict reporting timelines to higher management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agri-technology, or related field while preferred is however not a pre-requisite
- Minimum 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in commercial or structured farming environments
- Experience in leafy vegetable production preferred
- Familiarity with regulated agricultural environments and food safety compliance standards
- Ability to independently manage farm operations and supervise workers
- Strong understanding of farm systems, crop cycles, and production planning and candidates with experience in utilising the FGM A/S moving gutter system would be preferred although not strictly a pre-requisite.
- Physically fit and able to work in farm conditions
Salary
Monthly salary range: SGD $4,500.00 -$5,500.00 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
