- Salary : Up to 8,500
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) + Alternate Saturdays (9am-1pm)
- Travel Requirement: Up to 30% (business needs, including Africa)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering activities across multiple agricultural projects to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring maintenance, installationand operational tasks
- Prepare technical reports, documentation and updates for management
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
- Support procurement processes and manage inventory of engineering tools and equipment
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and operational support when required
- Coordinate travel logistics for engineering and field teams
- Monitor project performance and propose process improvements
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking and resource allocation
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and project documentation
- Support training and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and field staff
- Collaborate with R&D teams to adopt relevant agricultural technologies
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and efficient engineering practices
- Ensure effective communication between head office and field operations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture Engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering or project coordination experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Able to travel overseas up to 30% based on business requirements
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinaryenvironment
