AGM, Estate (Based in Indonesia)

Remuneration: Basic salary

Responsibilities:

. Manage estates which include the nursery, plasma farmers, land preparation, planting, field maintenance, harvesting, transport and infrastructure.

. Review and analyze performance of all estates on a weekly basis based on available reports. Oversee completion of activities as per plan and accuracy of updates from estates.

. Work with relevant personnel to implement systems and enforce new processes and procedures.

. React to information/ discrepancies and highlight to Management consistently

. Analyze results and trends and takes appropriate actions to resolve/address the issue

. Good understanding of estate SOPs to ensure compliance of all estates.

. Implement strategies, review and set triggers to ensure KPIs and objectives are met in the plantation division.

. Good in Time Management in planning and preparing work schedules in coordinating to daily assignments and activities.

. Demonstrate good and effective communication skills.

. Oversee the overall operations, plantation and estates of the Plantation Division.

Job Requirements:-

. Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Agricultural Science, Business Management or any related discipline.

. At least 15 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.

. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

. Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

. Strong analytical and problem solving skills

. Fluent in both written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia

. Ability to handle stress & deadlines with a multi-cultural settings.

. Willing to travel within Asean region (in an estate environment) as and when required
