Job Title: Agile Project Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the execution of projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery while meeting both customer and company requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and proven project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Agile projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and executed effectively.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning meetings to ensure Agile processes are followed.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage project priorities and scope changes, ensuring optimal resource allocation for the team.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Continuously improve team processes and efficiency, driving innovation and maturity in Agile practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) preferred.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in software development or a deep understanding of software development processes.
- Experience with other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Lean, etc.
