Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead the agile transformation journey across teams and business units in Singapore. The Agile Coach will be responsible for mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to build a strong agile culture and improve delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor multiple Scrum teams, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles.
- Drive adoption of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) across teams.
- Facilitate Agile workshops, ceremonies, and maturity assessments.
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute agile transformation roadmap.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
- Track and measure delivery effectiveness using Agile metrics (velocity, lead time, cycle time).
- Provide guidance on backlog prioritization, release planning, and stakeholder management.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5+ years as an Agile Coach.
- Strong experience in scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model) and enterprise-wide agile adoption.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale agile transformation initiatives.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement at executive and team levels.
- Certified Agile Coach / SAFe Program Consultant / ICAgile Coach certification preferred.
