About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our consulting team and lead the transformation journey for a key client in the insurance sector. As an Agile Coach, you will guide leaders, teams, and stakeholders in adopting agile practices, driving cultural change, and ensuring delivery excellence. This is a client-facing role where you will shape ways of working, facilitate adoption of scaled agile frameworks, and enable continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with client leadership and stakeholders to assess current delivery practices and design tailored agile adoption strategies.
  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and business teams in agile practices and mindset.
  • Facilitate workshops, ceremonies, and training sessions to embed agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS).
  • Drive cultural change by promoting servant leadership, collaboration, and value-driven delivery across the insurance project teams.
  • Support client teams in establishing product roadmaps, backlogs, and metrics for measuring outcomes and business value.
  • Identify challenges, remove impediments, and enable teams to continuously improve ways of working.
  • Ensure alignment between business, technology, and delivery teams to accelerate digital transformation initiatives within the insurance domain.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on best practices, agile tooling, and scaled delivery models.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach in consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
  • Strong background in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries (preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience in coaching at team, program, and leadership levels.
  • Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Certifications such as ICAgile, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), CSM, PSM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
