Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements and user stories.
- Conduct workshops, perform process mapping, and carry out gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, and QA to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and operational requirements.
- Provide support during system implementation, go-live, and change management activities.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex business environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and system workflows.
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum project delivery and sprint management.
- Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Familiar with enterprise software systems and digital platforms.
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
- Knowledgeable in API integration and process automation.
