About The Role
Shape the future of AI-powered Managed Services by designing the architecture, governance, and operating models that enable humans and AI agents to work together effectively. This role will define scalable, secure, and production-ready Agentic AI solutions that drive transformation across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Agentic AMS offerings and client implementations.
Design Human + Agent operating models, multi-agent architectures, enterprise integrations, and reusable solution blueprints.
Define architecture standards, AI guardrails, governance processes, and design authority reviews.
Establish production readiness criteria to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally sustainable.
Apply the CROPS framework (Cost, Reliability, Operations, Performance, and Security) to evaluate solution readiness before deployment at scale.
Partner with product, engineering, quality engineering, AgentOps, sales, and client teams to deliver commercially viable and supportable solutions.
Champion architecture best practices across cloud, AI, security, and enterprise platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or Solution Architecture.
Experience designing cloud and integration architectures within complex enterprise environments.
Experience leading architecture governance, design authority reviews, or enterprise architecture standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors.
Experience defining operating models, governance frameworks, and reusable architecture patterns.
Knowledge of DevSecOps, AgentOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering practices.
