Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agentic AI Solution Architect, based in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, the candidate will design and implement high-quality AI-powered solutions leveraging emerging technologies. Responsibilities include developing solution architectures, collaborating with clients to align business needs with technical implementations, integrating advanced AI solutions with existing systems, and streamlining business processes. The Solution Architect will serve as a technical expert, providing strategic consulting and ensuring overall project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solution Architecture, including experience designing scalable and efficient IT architectures
• Strong background in Consulting, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored IT and AI solutions
• Experience in Software Development and customization, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and practices
• Expertise in Integration, including system interoperability and seamless interaction between existing and new platforms
• Knowledge of Business Processes and the ability to optimize and transform them using technology solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Experience with Agentic AI technologies and related platforms is a strong advantage
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar are a plus

 Design and deploy autonomous AI agents to automate complex enterprise workflows.

• Core Skills: Expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI).
• Development: Strong Python skills and experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Integration: Ability to connect AI agents with enterprise ERP systems (D365/NetSuite) to perform autonomous tasks, data analysis, and decision-making.
