We are partnering with a financial services firm to hire an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy next-generation AI agents that transform how the business operates.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm investing heavily in AI innovation, where you will work at the forefront of Generative AI and Agentic AI adoption. You will partner closely with business, product, and technology teams to develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI systems that enhance productivity, decision-making, client servicing, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI solutions, from identifying business opportunities and defining agent architectures through to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with stakeholders across front, middle, and back-office functions, you will develop AI agents and intelligent workflows capable of reasoning, planning, retrieving information, orchestrating tasks, and interacting with enterprise systems. Key initiatives may include research assistants, knowledge management platforms, workflow automation, client servicing solutions, risk and compliance support tools, and enterprise productivity copilots.

You will be responsible for designing scalable agent architectures, integrating large language models with enterprise data and applications, implementing robust evaluation frameworks, and ensuring solutions meet security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer with a proven track record of building and shipping production-grade Agentic AI solutions from concept through deployment.

Candidates should possess strong experience across the full AI development lifecycle, including LLM applications, AI agents, RAG architectures, workflow orchestration, model evaluation, and production deployment. Experience designing multi-agent systems, integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, and establishing AI governance and observability frameworks will be highly advantageous.

Experience within financial services, including banking, insurance, wealth management, asset management, capital markets, or fintech environments is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions while working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be passionate about delivering AI products that create measurable business value.
