Role Summary:
We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy autonomous AI agents that optimize office fit-out workflows. You will build multi-agent systems capable of reasoning through complex installation sequences, managing BIM (Building Information Modeling) data, and coordinating real-time site adjustments.
You will be an active work flow coordinating member of our multi-trade engineering team by turning actual work sequence workflows and translating into Agentic Al and its related tools programming.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design multi-agent orchestration patterns (e.g., using LangGraph or CrewAI) to handle task planning, conflict resolution, and execution in fit-out projects.
Domain-Specific Tool Integration: Connect agents to specialized tools such as AutoCAD/Revit APIs, procurement databases, and building code knowledge bases.
RAG & Knowledge Retrieval: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ground agent decisions in official construction standards and project-specific documentation.
Safety & Compliance: Implement rigorous guardrails and human-in-the-loop (HITL) checkpoints to ensure AI-generated installation plans meet safety and regulatory standards.
Academic and Skills Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent.
Proven experience in developing and deploying AI agents and peer to peer
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript etc
Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools
Languages: Expert-level Python with experience in asynchronous programming.
Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
Infrastructure: Proficiency in Docker/Kubernetes and cloud AI platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deploying long-running agents.
Knowledge of Digital Twins or IoT sensor integration for construction monitoring.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with data acquisition ethics, privacy and security considerations in AI applications.
