As an Agentic AI Product Designer, you will shape intelligent experiences that combine human-centered design with emerging AI capabilities, enabling users to interact with conversational, multi-modal, and autonomous systems in meaningful and trusted ways.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders to design end-to-end AI-powered products that improve productivity, automate workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for agentic AI, conversational AI, and AI-assisted enterprise applications across web and mobile platforms.
Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into intuitive workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
Create and evolve AI interaction patterns, including multi-step task execution, human-in-the-loop workflows, explainability features, feedback mechanisms, and trust-building experiences.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and design standards that accelerate product development.
Conduct user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and validation activities to inform product decisions and improve adoption.
Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through delivery and optimization.
Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and requirement gathering activities to ensure successful product outcomes.
Rapidly prototype and visualize concepts to support experimentation, product validation, and executive presentations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Proven experience designing digital products, enterprise platforms, or AI-enabled applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping capabilities.
Experience designing conversational AI, generative AI, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation solutions.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, research techniques, and usability testing.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing enterprise-scale AI products or workflow automation platforms.
Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, AI governance, explainability, and trust and safety considerations.
Exposure to multi-modal experiences involving text, voice, image, or digital-human interfaces.
Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design practices.
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
Experience working within financial services, public sector, technology, or other regulated industries.
