Agentic AI Business Analyst

• Business Analysis frameworks (BRD/FRD, process modelling, value-based analysis)
• Data-driven analysis & KPI measurement for AI outcomes
• Agentic AI fundamentals (autonomous agents, reasoning, planning, multi-agent systems)
• GenAI / LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering concepts)
• AI Governance & Responsible AI frameworks (auditability, explainability)
• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) for legacy integration scenarios
• Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle concepts and MLOps practices
• Familiarity with API integrations, microservices, and enterprise system architectures
• Exposure to domain-specific AI use cases (e.g., finance, supply chain, customer operations)
• Experience working in Agile / POD-based delivery models with cross-functional teams

Requirements of this position:

• Strong conceptual understanding of Agentic AI systems including autonomous reasoning, planning, and decision-making loops.
• Proven ability to model business goals into AI-driven constructs such as intents, constraints, guardrails, and policies.
• Hands-on exposure to GenAI / LLM-based solutions from a business analysis or delivery perspective.
• Strong analytical and outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to define measurable business value and success metrics.
• Understanding of human-in-the-loop design patterns, AI safety principles, and risk mitigation strategies in autonomous systems.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI behaviours to business and leadership teams.
