The Agency Transformation Delivery Manager owns end-to-end execution of key agency transformation initiatives, ensuring readiness, activation, adoption and performance tracking. This agency force-facing role supports execution of programs such as Growth Bonus, H&P Club, Joint Sales Capability, Recruitment expansion, and TA/PFA Proposition. It requires strong coordination, sales acumen, and operational discipline.
Responsibilities
Lead enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives end‑to‑end, with clear ownership for outcomes and adoption.
Translate strategic ambition into operating models, ways of working, and execution that scale.
Mobilise leaders as change owners, not sponsors, and align the organisation behind a single direction.
Drive sustained behaviour and capability shifts through hands‑on leadership and frontline engagement.
Use data and performance signals to steer change, surface resistance early, and course‑correct fast.
Orchestrate cross‑functional systems, processes, and incentives to make change stick.
Requirements
6 - 8 years experience leading large‑scale transformation initiatives, with ownership for delivery and adoption.
Strong ability to translate strategy into execution, shaping operating models, governance, and ways of working in complex organisations.
Credible partner to senior leaders, able to engage them as active owners of change.
Hands‑on in driving behaviour and capability change, with experience embedding new ways of working into BAU.
Data‑driven and practical, using performance and adoption signals to adjust course and align systems and incentives.
