Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business plans, set agency goals, and advise on growth and market positioning.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, manage budgets, ensure quality service, and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Business Development: Build client and partner relationships, secure new opportunities, and coordinate marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance and service standards.
  • Client & Candidate Services: Ensure effective job placement, career coaching, and support for job seekers, managing service delivery and documentation.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, expenditures, and ROI to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven management/director experience, business development, and HR/recruitment background.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Business, HR, or related field often required.
