Key Responsibilities

- Client & Candidate Services: Ensure effective job placement, career coaching, and support for job seekers, managing service delivery and documentation.
- Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, expenditures, and ROI to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven management/director experience, business development, and HR/recruitment background.
- Leadership: Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Business, HR, or related field often required.
