Insurance / Financial Advisory Agency - Singapore
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive operations executive to support the daily operations of a growing financial advisory team
This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth agency operations, supporting financial consultants, coordinating events, and maintaining compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
. Maintain Personal Development Portfolio (PDP) and compliance documentation
. Organise monthly meeting materials and update attendance records
. Update digital production charts and performance dashboards
. Coordinate logistics for agency trips, team luncheons and events
. Create EDM invitations and internal announcements
. Support customer correspondence related to administrative forms
. Maintain agency social media accounts and announcements
. Assist recruitment activities including resume preparation and personality profiling tests
Requirements
. Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing
or related field
. 1-3 years administrative or operations experience preferred
. Strong organisational and coordination skills
. Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
. Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
