Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. We are looking to extend our current lead pipelines within Singapore. We are mainly on performance advertising, social media, and Chinese market expansion (Dianping, Rednote)

This Candidate should have an existing network & is knowledgeable about Digital Marketing. He/She should collaborate with the strategy team to focus on creating pitches for the Pipeline. We are looking for a go-getter, with fresh ideas, that will elevate the brand positioning of the company, and produce lead pipelines for closure.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities with other industry players, or other industry players
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Work together with Strategy team to devise pitches for target industries.
  • Attend, Devise or Pitch at events local in Singapore
  • Share Reports and upcoming plans for branding, sales, and pitch process improvements

Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years in Digital Marketing or Account Management
  • At least 3-4 years in Growth / Business Development
  • Demonstration of experience in Networking & Growing Lead Pipelines for B2B Companies
  • Needs to have at least 1-2 years of Agency Experience.
  • Ability / Has the qualifications to work in Singapore without the requirement of a work pass application

Compensation

  • We expect a mix of fixed base of about SGD 4000-5500 & a recurring commission on accounts closed
