Permanent position, Salary up to $4,500 with bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Support Aftersales financial performance through reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue, retention, upselling, parts sales, and labour performance.
- Provide operational support to service centres, including system troubleshooting and package setup.
- Coordinate with Finance and operations teams on debtor ageing and collections matters.
- Support tender and procurement activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance standards.
- Participate in digitalisation, system implementation, and UAT initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage monthly incentive and commission payouts accurately and timely.
- Support Aftersales events and ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, reporting, finance support, or aftersales-related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
