- Support service engineers to schedule service appointments. Coordination of field service attendances for marine equipment.
- Managing Engineers attendance on board ships at Singapore Anchorage, Ports and Shipyards.
- Plan overseas service calls by arranging required visas and necessary permits to enter local yards or terminals.
- Interface and communicate with Marine and Offshore customers to understand their service needs and expectations.
- Provide timely updates on service schedules and attendances.
- Provide Service Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain engineers service attendance schedule.
- Tabulate and update service reports.
- Provide invoices or billing packages for services upon completion.
- Maintain customer contracts and commercial approvals.
- Manage other field service coordination and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 -5 years experience in marine / offshore or related industries.
- Prior experience in a marine service environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with global customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external parties.
- Able to multitask and work as part of a team.
- Meticulous and strong coordination skills.
- Good computer and office automation skills.
- Able to work with a range of planning tools.
