Build and maintain strong relationships with regional dealers to support after-sales business growth and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate after-sales activities, service agreements, warranty cases, and dealer enquiries.
Monitor dealer performance and after-sales KPIs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Parts, Procurement and other internal teams to provide effective after-sales support.
Support regional after-sales campaigns, product launches, dealer training and promotional activities.
Analyse market trends, dealer feedback and service performance to recommend business and process improvements.
Develop and maintain after-sales SOPs, documentation, KPI reports and management presentations.
Participate in digitalisation and CRM initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Travel overseas to support dealer meetings, audits, training, product launches and after-sales activities.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in after-sales, dealer management or business development.
Experience or knowledge of the power generation industry will be an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across different countries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical, organised and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel overseas frequently to support regional dealers, customer visits, training, and after-sales activities.
