After School Care Teacher

Requirements:

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework & philosophy of the centre
• Guide primary school children (Primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework
• Keep accurate records of children's progress & address each child's educational & developmental needs
• Responsible for the preparation & upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance & earning environment of the classroom
• Maintain & build relationships with children & parents
• Conduct in-house unique enrichment programmes (training & resources will be provided)
• Being an inspiring role model with a creative spirit & positive mindset
• Ensure safety & timely transfer of students form school to student centre
• Ensure safety of children within the premises
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Scope

• Min. 1 year experience in tuition/enrichment/student care industry (Preferred)
• Able to teach Primary levels for Primary subjects
• Good communication & classroom management skills
• Enthusiastic & energetic, with a positive mindset to learn & grow together wit the company
• Creative & loving energy with a positive disposition
• Excellent communication & classroom management skills
