Role Description The (After Sales) Technical Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for providing post-sales technical support to customers, including troubleshooting product issues, answering technical inquiries, and guiding clients on optimal product usage. The engineer will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex problems, document recurring issues, and contribute to knowledge base materials and technical FAQs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer feedback, coordinating with product and engineering teams for issue escalation, and ensuring timely and clear communication with clients. The role also involves occasional training or demonstrations, assisting with system configurations, and supporting continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in software, hardware, or systems engineering.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in customer-facing technical support or after-sales service roles.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, incident tracking tools, and documentation practices.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage for supporting international clients.
  • Prior experience in HR tech, advertising technology, or enterprise solutions is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Commitment to delivering inclusive, high-quality customer service and continuous professional development.
