Account Representative

• Compensation: Up to $4,000 Monthly Base + Applicable Incentives

• Location: Central

• 5 days work week.

Responsibilities for this role:

• Client Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact, nurturing relationships with existing clients to secure renewals and upselling opportunities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with field operations teams to ensure alignment and meet client needs.

• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Demonstrating service value, creating proposals, and negotiating terms and pricing to close deals.

• Needs Analysis: Understanding client challenges to tailor service solutions that address specific needs.

• Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, pipeline progress, and sales metrics in CRM software.

Requirements for this role:

• - At least bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  .Comfortable to support the business operations needs beyond regular hours and over the weekend.

  .Independent and self-motivated individual, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
